Dates ~ c1960.
Hallmarks ~ unmarked as seen in pictures. DeLizza & Elster Jewelry was not marked unless it was made for another "designer" and is identified via study and evaluation of several construction characteristics.

Condition ~ Great: pre-owned vintage/antique. While this owl does not have the correct chain and is missing the stone from its tail, it wears impressively and shows little other evidence of age or use.
